My main goal is for everyone to be able to learn enough about their mind, body, and spirit so that they can create their own diet that is perfect and unique to them. With a great exercise program to go alongside. Deep down the truth is we and only we know what is best for us, we can be guided but if we our told what to do it will not result in what’s best for us. I wish for everyone to grow into the best versions of themselves.
Have a great day! Start off by a simple mind and body connecting mediation, all you do is close your eyes, place your right hand over your heart, breathe slowly and feel/listen for your heart beat. For the next 5 to 10 minutes just focus on breathing while listening and feeling your heart beat, enjoy!
